SELF ACCEPTANCE

As a culture we define self-acceptance as mind activities such as becoming aware of our strengths, weaknesses, and self-worth, forgive ourselves, learn to move on from past regrets, and accept the choices we made. This is how we are defining self-acceptance.

These are stages of mind activities (like having certain mind set). It may give us short term relieves but to attain the lasting solution, we may need to look deeper within ourselves because most of the negative self-judgements come from the subconscious mind based our past conditioning.

Who are we really? Are we just bundles of thoughts, emotions, prejudices opinions, and is that we are? Just thoughts and feeling. Most people think that what we are limited bodies and minds. Hence we feel that we are inadequate, imperfect, not self-worth; need to forgive ourselves and need someone or some things to complete us.
Why we feel this way because we self-judged ourselves (identify with mind activities) and therefore we project that feeling onto others, then we think that they all having the same feeling about us. (These are just thought)
