Dr. Samuel West is a licensed psychologist and has a PhD in Organizational Psychology. His research focuses on creating climates for innovation by encouraging experimentation and exploration. In 2017 he founded the Museum of Failure showcasing a collection of failed products and services from around the world. The museum aims to stimulate productive discussion about the important role of failure for innovation and inspire us to take meaningful risks.

Ben leads Cambridge Design Partnership’s design and front end innovation activities, and is a partner in the business. His perspective on innovation is founded on 20 years of working with businesses ranging from start-ups, to some of the biggest consumer goods and healthcare brands in the world.
