Stela Lupushor

Stela Lupushor is is a thought leader, speaker, educator and futurist on a mission to humanize the workplace. She works with the Conference Board’s Fortune 500 corporations-members on building global workforce strategies; founded Reframe.Work Inc. to consult leaders on workplace experience through the use of human centered design, technology, people analytics and future-thinking; founded amazing.community, a non-profit focused on extending the work horizon for women; teaching at NYU the next generation of HR leaders.

Previously Stela transformed the workplace at the intersection of technology, analytics and HR at Fidelity Investments, TIAA, IBM, Price Waterhouse and PwC Consulting and their clients.

Christian Campanella
HR, Communications and Sustainability & Responsibility Director, Pernod Ricard

Christian Campanella has had over 20 year’s human resources experience across multiple industries based in Australia, New Zealand and the UK along with exposure and responsibilities across many other countries in Europe, Asia and North America. With over 12 year’s experience at an Executive level, he is currently the HR, Communications and Sustainability Director of Pernod Ricard Winemakers with responsibility across multiple countries.

Christian is also a member of the global HR Strategic Committee responsible for setting the global Pernod Ricard HR strategy. In 2018, Christian was awarded the Davidson Australian HRD of the Year and has been recognised on the Australian HRD Hot List in both 2018 and 2019 and the HRD Global 100 list in 2020 & 2021.

Nate Tymann
Director of Strategic Workforce Planning and Early Talent, Red Hat

Nate Tymann led the People Strategic Advisory team at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina and was the HR advisor for senior business leaders during an extended period of transformational change in the company.

Prior to joining Blue Cross NC, Nate worked in a variety of technical, operational, and leadership roles at Cisco, Lucent Technologies, and Crompton & Knowles Corporation.

He has completed all coursework toward earning an EdD in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. In his dissertation research, Nate will study how business leaders experience working with artificial intelligence (AI). In addition, he earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Gordon College.

David Burrows
Director of Workforce Planning, Faethm

Dave Burrows is a Workforce Insights professional with over 25 years’ experience, including 15 years focused on people analytics. He began his HR career in consultancy and banking before relocating to Australia to join the Commonwealth Bank of Australia where he won two CEO awards for delivering innovative and value-adding solutions utilising people data. He has managed and re-engineered reporting and analytics services, delivered data governance programmes, built teams and delivered strategic workforce planning projects.
