Key Ideas:
1. Improvs can influence the way we train, deliver and facilitate webinars and virtual training.
2. In improvs, we don’t need to be funny to get the results that we want. The same applies to virtual training where we don’t answer our own questions and let learners reflect and find the answers.
3. We build characters in improv as well as in virtual training. We do it by presenting case studies that represent the issues.
4. Conflict and conversations that happen in improv also happen in virtual training when we pose questions and ask for the participants’ views and opposing ideas.
