Masterful Virtual Trainer Idea: Keeping the Human Touch in Webinars

Key Ideas:
1. Because of the rush to produce remote training content, many trainers have missed out the “human touch” when doing webinars and virtual sessions.
2. In remote learning, we do not get the chance to communicate face-to-face with our audience, thus, limiting our ability for real engagement, interaction, and eye-to-eye conversations that have a significant impact on learning.
3. Improve and humanize the overall virtual experience by alloting “quick mentoring” sessions of 15-20 minutes with a smaller group of less than 10 participants. This is a chance to address questions, clarifications, and additional ideas that are missed during the training sessions.
4. It also helps recreate the classroom experience where trainers and learners get the chance to know and interact with each other better.
