Chanting Mantras is an amazing way to increase our energy and to feel good. Mantras tend to bring in good health, peace and wellbeing into our life. This sunday we will learn ancient chants that we can chant during different times of the day.  

Our speaker this sunday is an expert in teaching and memorization of sanskrit shlokas and mantras. She will teach us different mantras we can chant at different times of the day. Mantras for when we wake up, bathe, light a lamp, eat , sleep and so on.
